Дмитрий прав. Килиос, также Кумкой, является деревней, расположенной в районе Сарыер в Стамбуле, Турция. В настоящее время это известный морской курорт на черноморском побережье европейской части провинции Стамбул, известный своими пляжами.
"Jurinea ki laea is  a perennial plant, 30–70 cm tall with stems sparsely leafy and almost naked in the upper part, swollen
at the base, and with a characteristic oblique woody rhizome, which is evidently an adaptation to its sand dune habitat; leaves
usually pinnatifid with linear lobes; capitula 1–6, large; and fruits with a barbellate pappus. The species occurs in Turkey,
Bulgaria and Greece. Jurinea kilaea was first collected by Aznavour from Kilia (Kilyos) and Domouzdйrй (İstanbul) in
1891, presented in the session of 12 March 1897 to the Sociйtй botanique de France, and finally published late in the same
year as a new species in the Bulletin of that society (Aznavour 1897: 172).
  Georges Vincent Aznavour (1861–1920) was an amateur botanist who lived in İstanbul. From 1885 onwards, he
gathered plant specimens from İstanbul and its vicinities. His collections are stored generally in the Genиve herbarium (G).
Peter H. Davis (1918–1992) and his collaborators benefited from Aznavour’s works while preparing the Flora of Turkey and
the East Aegean Islands (Davis 1965–1988) in Edinburgh. In this Flora, 1601 specimens collected by Aznavour are cited, of
which 32 are referred to as types, syntypes or lectotypes (Baytop 2012). However, some of these citations, especially those
of “syntypes” are incorrect. In the protologue of J. kilaea, Aznavour (1897: 172) quotes two localities for this taxon “Sables
des dunes entre Kila et Domouzdйrй E, et prиs de Riva A du littoral de la mer Noire, prиs de l’embouchure du Bosphore”.
Danin & Davis (1975) revised the genus Jurinea in Turkey and East Aegean Islands, and indicated two syntypes from G for
Aznavour’s J. kilaea. However, Danin & Davis’s annotation is not correct. Both specimens at G are original material, not
syntypes, because in the protologue the author did not cite specimens but only localities".

Во Флоре Турции часто встречается "Istanbul : Domuzdere (Belgrad forest)".

Еще помощью google нашел перевод с турецкого "Домуздере к северу от Белградского леса". На карте Турции Gümüşdere. Уменьшив мастаб можно увидеть что недалеко Килиос.
Поскольку Kilyos на русский обычно переводят как Килиос (реже Кильос) то можно предложить русскоязычное название Юринея килиосская.
