Я не знаю, на какие данные опирается Tropicos, но в совсем свежем варианте обработки рода Asplenium для Flora of China такой синонимизации не проводится. Приоритетным именем для A. yunnanse там вообще считается A. exiguum (а в синонимах к нему значатся Asplenium fontanum (Linnaeus) Bernhardi var. exiguum Beddome и A. fontanum var. yunnanense (Franchet) Beddome). Про A. fontanum же написано следующее:
Asplenium fontanum consists of two morphologically slightly different but geographically widely separated, diploid subspecies with homologous chromosomes (Reichstein & Schneller, [??citation]. 1982; Gibby, [??citation]. 1982). The typical subspecies, A. fontanum subsp. fontanum, only grows on limestone rocks in southern and central Europe. In Asia, it is replaced by this slightly different subspecies with somewhat wider fronds, deeply incised pinnae, and narrower segments. Its perispore is also slightly different with an outer perisporal layer with numerous small holes (fenestrate-reticulate).
На снимках Надежды как раз изображён типовой подвид, а азиатский A. fontanum subsp. pseudofontanum - это и есть значащийся у Черепанова A. fontanum auct.
