the flowers of this plant are very large for Ph. mutelii. It's probably Ph. aegyptiaca.

Ok, I have studied the website of Online-Flora Israel. There are other plants with large corollas, named as Orobanche mutelii. Because of this for the moment I'm agree with the determination as Phelipanche mutelii, but not without doubt.
